Through working in the industry for over a decade we realised the importance of engineers being ready and available, whatever the hour.

We have been working hard to establish ourselves within the marine workboat industry working around the clock to offer technical support and services.

Inside our fully equipped workshop in Winchester Hampshire, we are capable of carrying out component overhauls and full engine rebuilds.

Meet Our Founder
Ben Austin-Sanchez
(Founder and CEO)
With over a decade of experience in the industry, Ben started his journey working with Wartsila. From there he progressed on to working with Deutz and MTU and is now a highly capable expert in the industry. With a strong work ethic and attention to detail, along with attentive customer care Ben has built a strong and respectable business in the marine engine industry, which is growing fast. Education and Training
Wartsila Factory Training
Where Ben began his career in the industry and started his training. As a world-wide recognised and established company with more than 25 years of industry experience, Ben had to undergo highly realistic and in-depth factory training and spent 4 years working with them.
Deutz factory training
Next Ben spent 3 years working with and refining his skills even further at Deutz. 3 years of hard work and travelling between Germany and various locations abroad (where Deutz engines and components are manufactured) Ben is a highly experienced and capable engineer in Deutz manufacturing.
MTU Factory training
In over 2 years of working for the company Ben has undergone intense factory training with MTU, this hands-on experience with the company makes ben an expert in engine operation, troubleshooting, and all maintenance practices.
MTU 2000 Series Specialist
Ben's industry experience with MTU led him to become a specialist in the MTU series 2000, the engine of choice for many applications, and one of our most popular services. With MTU being an industry leader and being very careful about whom they allow working on their engines, you can rest assured you have experts at your hands.
